Treat yourself to a peaceful stay in this former Comtoise farmhouse, completely renovated. Known and recognized for its iconic natural sites, typical villages and vineyards, the Jura, a natural and timeless destination, will surprise you! Activities with family or friends are varied: swimming in the lakes, walking on the mountain trails… Take advantage of your stay to taste the many regional specialties, starting with our famous Comté! The space It took 4 years to completely renovate this family building with the main objective of preserving the heritage and certain traces of the past. Craftsmanship is on display: repair of lime plaster applied by hand, preservation of exposed stone walls, the old oven and other exposed beams. The accommodation of more than 100 m2, fully autonomous and equipped, can accommodate 8 people. 3 bedrooms are available: - on the ground floor 1 bed of 140 - upstairs 1 bed of 160 - upstairs 1 bed of 160 and 2 of 90 1 entrance/kitchen, 1 large living room and 2 bathrooms with shower are arranged for your comfort. 1 covered terrace with table and 1 large garden to enjoy the outdoors and rural tranquility. Also available are the essentials for 1 baby or toddler: baby bed + mattress, changing mat, bathtub, potty, high chair, cutlery... Note that the accommodation can accommodate 1 person with reduced mobility. Without being officially up to PRM standards, movement on the ground floor is possible (door > 80 cm), 1 maneuvering area is provided in the bathroom as well as in the bedroom. Village located next to a small town - Champagnole, 8 km - where you will find everything you need. Other things to note By default, bed linens and towels are not provided. Possibility of providing them for an extra fee of €12 per bed to be paid on arrival. A deposit check is required at check-in. Raclette and fondue machines are available as well as a Tassimo coffee machine (pods not provided) and a filter coffee maker. A washing machine (laundry detergent not provided) and a tumble dryer are available in the common areas upon request before 6pm. The accommodation is to be returned tidy (as in the initial state) and a minimum clean, namely: - kitchen, sink, sinks, bathrooms, showers - dishes stored - emptied garbage cans - stained-free floors
