Our home is privately situated on dozens of acres of the Catskill Mtn. Wilderness at the end of a quite country road. Belleayre Mountain just minutes away brought us here to the Catskills. Later we discover we’re living nestled in the center of a wonderful four-season retreat! Enjoy the nature on our property with hiking, fishing, snowshoeing, and sledding with family and friends. Our property has enchanting woodlands to hike, fish, snowshoe, and sled on. Neighbors are far away. Take a blanket or lawn chair over to Belleayre’s summer concert series or beach swimming during the summer. Or stay in and entertain your family and friends in our large open plan living, dining, and kitchen area. Enjoy grilling outside. Yes, you’ll have open access to free WiFi. We have Roku streaming TV service available to catch-up on your favorite shows. Our home can be the perfect gateway with family and friends. Access to Unit is via private side entrance . Unit is approx 1500 sqft. Guest access Guests can access the home via keypad entry outside of the home without having to meet with someone there.
