We are 9 miles to the Pacific Coast Highway, the best Malibu beaches are very accessible. Lots of local hikes and trails surround us, and we are 20 minutes from Ventura, and 45 minutes to Santa Barbara. New, super clean, tranquil, quiet, private There is a ~75’ walk along a gravel path from the parking area to the guest house and there are 4 steps. Our parking area can hold up to 4 cars As and when the guest desires Close to town but feels miles away. 15 minutes from the beach, 30 minutes to Malibu, 45 minutes to Santa Barbara and Westside of Los Angeles. Public transportation is not on our doorstep. Although Camarillo has a train station that provides a very scenic ride along the pacific to Santa Barbara, and if you gp the other way - convenient access to down town Los Angeles.
