We are 3 blocks away from the Wicker Park neighborhood where you will find incredible restaurants, bars and boutique shops. Public transportation is also nearby. Buses are located within a 5 minute walk and the closest train station is a 15 minute walk. You're always close to downtown but also get to enjoy exploring the neighborhoods that define Chicago. Perfect for all travelers! The space The apartment is fully restored to original oak woodwork, including a built-in hutch, hardwood floors, and 10 ft. ceilings. Bedroom #1: Bunk bed-full size on the bottom and twin bed on top Bedroom #2: double bed Bedroom #3: twin bed Living Room: twin futon bed *twin aerobed available upon request Plenty of street parking in front. Guest access You will have full access to the entire 2nd floor apartment. All parts of the apartment are yours to occupy. Also have use of the backyard with a grill. Other things to note This is a quiet neighborhood and we ask that you respect our neighbors. Quiet time 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Tenants live on the 1st and 3rd floor
