The Mountain Mini: relaxing tiny home & casita

The Mountain Mini has big elegance with a tiny footprint! It can be booked on its own for 2 people or with the guest casita for up to 4 at an additional fee of $20 per person per night. The guest house has its own bathroom. The property is dog friendly, but there is a fee of $85 to be added. It is close to hiking, biking, and horse back riding in a beautiful mountain setting, it is about an hour from the Apache Sunrise Ski resort. The space The main tiny house is approximately 400 square feet with full kitchen, bathroom, and washer/drier. The guest casita is a bedroom and full bathroom. There is a wood burning fire pit outside, but please bring wood if you want to use it. Wood available at the local Safeway and Eddies grocery stores. There is a grill as well. Please do not put the fire pit on the porch. Thanks. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Other things to note The tiny home has a porch and a fenced yard and all the amenities you will need and can sleep up to 4 with the casita, 2 without. If you want to add the casita but there are only 1 or 2 guests, just increase the guest total to 3. The Mountain Mini is dog friendly, but we do not allow cats. There is a limit of 2 dogs. If you’re bringing a dog please message us. There is an additional dog charge of $85. Please no dogs on the beds or furniture. Excessive dog hair on beds or furniture will result in up to $50 deep cleaning fee. Please message us with any questions you may have. The cleaning fees are set by the company we use. They charge us $125 and we do not place a surcharge on this. However, they do charge extra for any stays of longer than 2 weeks - $250.
