You will be a few meters from Plaza Universidad, 300 meters from the Granada Cathedral/Capilla Real, and less than 5 minutes from the popular Plaza Bib-Rambla, Plaza Nueva, or the busy Calle Navas. The property occupies the entirety of a historic building that was completely renovated at the end of 2021, combining its original construction essence with the new needs of a modern accommodation. The rooms are decorated maintaining their original design with mosaic tile floors and feature 1 separate bedroom, equipped kitchen and bathroom with toiletries and hairdryer. It provides free high-speed WiFi, as well as air conditioning/heating and a Smart TV. Guest access In the surrounding area, less than 50 meters from the property, you can find everything you need to make your stay easier: a supermarket, a pharmacy, and a lively area with bars and restaurants. Being located in the center of Granada in a historic building, the establishment does not have its own parking.
