Cosy village cottage close to Bath and Bristol.

Located in the ancient village of Doynton, Apple Tree is a little gem if you want peace and quiet but, want to be within a short drive of Bath (15min), Bristol (20min) and the Cotswolds. The cottage is beautifully converted, with everything you will need for a relaxing stay. The countryside is outside the door and a 2min walk, a fantastic food pub - The Cross House. With the Cotswolds on your doorstep, places such as Westonbirt Arboretum, Badminton and Dyhram Park (NT) are a short drive. The space All rooms have underfloor heating, to ensure that you have a cosy stay if it’s cold outside. Please note that the accom is for 1 or 2 adults. It is not set up to be baby or child safe. Although we love animals, we keep Apple Tree low allergen and thus do not accept any animals. Guest access Parking is right outside the cottage, your own parking space NOTE: standard car size only e.g. Ford Focus/ VW Golf, on a drive shared with the main cottage. There is an automatic outside light to welcome you in the evening. Further (free/unrestricted) parking (larger vehicles) is available a minute walk away by the village green/church. Other things to note The cottage is for 2 guests only. For security we don’t accept 3rd party booking, the AirBnB account holder must be the guest. The cottage is NON smoking/vaping: a deep cleaning charge of £750 - £3K will be levied and further damage cost may be added if smoking/vaping has taken place.
