Rental unit in Paris

Design apartment (my home !) recently refurbished located in Goncourt neighbourhood only a few streets away from Canal St-Martin and from Le Marais. You'll be delighted to discover this groovy neighboorhood and the rest of Paris (easily accessible from here) and then relax on the sofa enjoying a patisserie from one of the boulangeries or bakeries downstairs (Yann Couvreur is just round the corner). *! I'll be delighted to welcome you in person :-) No automatic check-in, no box for keys !* The space Lush and sunny apartment fully refurbished by an architect: - entrance corridor like a lobby isolated from the rest of the apartment which includes toilets (separated from the bathroom), - living room with a contemporary and comfortable sofa which includes a large kitchen, - bedroom with a very chic en-suite shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, freezer, washing-machine combined with a dryer, dishwasher, kitchen appliances (Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, blender, sodastream machine, etc.) and kitchen ware. You'll find some useful features for a not-to-worry stay in Paris: - Wifi and working station (flat screen, keyboard and mouse), - small appliances (hairdryer, iron) and amenities, - Towels, tee-towel and products are provided. The flat is located on the 5th floor, no lift in the building. All you need is literally not more than 3 minutes from the apartment: - boulangeries, - supermarkets and grocery shops, - shops of all kinds (to buy fine wine and cheese for instance) - and many trendy restaurants of course. Tube station Goncourt (line 11) is literally downstairs and Republique (lines 3, 5, 8, 9 and 11 ) or Parmentier (line 3) are only 5 minutes away. This place is my true home and was meant to be cosy and a pleasant shelter. Other things to note I'll be delighted to welcome you in person. Check-in ideally between 4pm and 8pm, with some flexibility on demand.
