The space The home’s open floor plan offers a living room with a smart TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a peninsula. Each bedroom has a queen bed, dressers, closets, and a smart TV in the master. The house shares a common wall with a neighboring unit. Perfect for up to 8 guests—maximum 4 adults and 4 children under 4. Amenities include a futon in the living room, a microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, air fryer, and all essential kitchenware. The bathroom has a tub-shower combo, with hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner provided. Relax in the backyard on the patio furniture, enjoying sunshine, palm trees, and the sights of birds and butterflies. The front of the home faces a busy street without parking, but you can access the driveway and entrance through the back alley. The driveway is lit, though the alley may be dim at night. Beach towels, an umbrella, and toys for the kids are also provided for your fun in the sun. Guest access This duplex home offers two private entrances, with your unit accessible through the rear door equipped with a Nest keypad for easy self-check-in. The property manager lives in the other unit and is available if you need assistance. You’re welcome to have as much or as little interaction as you prefer. For access to the washer and dryer in the garage, simply reach out to the property manager. Friendly and helpful, he’s ready to lend a hand and is reachable by phone or text during regular business hours. Noise Monitoring: To comply with city regulations, a noise level detection device is installed in the home. Florida Nature: Pests are common in Florida due to the tropical climate. While we maintain regular pest control, you may encounter small bugs, pest or lizards during your stay. The televisions in our home are ‘smart’ TVs, which rely on Wi-Fi connectivity. They come equipped with various apps, allowing you to log in with your personal usernames and passwords (e.g., Netflix). Additionally, the living room TV is connected to a broadcast antenna, which may receive certain local channels, although availability depends on various factors. Wi-Fi Guarantee: Our Wi-Fi is guaranteed for your stay. In the rare event of an inconvenience lasting more than 5 hours, we will issue a refund at our per day internet subscription rate as a token of our commitment to your convenience and satisfaction. We don’t have a checkout chore list, but we do ask that you treat our home with general courtesy and leave it as close to how you found it. If the home is left excessively dirty, an additional cleaning fee may apply.
