Ca' Rossa - Newly restored vineyard holiday home

Unwind at this wonderful, newly-restored Piedmontese farmstead, where you can enjoy the peace and tranquility of our vineyard countryside, all in the comfort of a fully-furnished structure. You can also have a wine tasting experience directly in our cellar. The space The property has been thoughtfully built with stone walls using the locally prized Langa stone, high-beamed ceilings and antique details that capture all the charm of traditional Piedmontese "cascine." Take a walk in our vineyards or sit by the poolside and enjoy a sunset aperitivo... the relaxation possibilities are endless! On the first floor of the property, you will find the open space kitchen/dining room, a living room and one full bathroom, which is shared by the two double bedrooms. On the loft, you will find a second living room with one double sofa bed. The property can host a maximum of 6 guests, with the sleeping space breakdown as follows: Bedroom 1: One double bedroom Bedroom 2: One double bedroom Loft: One double-sized sofa bed. The pool and a shared space are usually free but it can happen occasionally that other guests of the cellar use it, in any case if you like a use of the pool privately you can safely make it present in advance and you will be satisfied. It can also be heated up to a maximum of 30 degrees and therefore can also be used out of season. Other things to note Bike tours available.
