The space Our lovingly furnished holiday apartment (100 sqm) is located in the basement of our house – bright, quiet, and ideal for 2–3 guests. The beautiful swimming lake in the nature reserve is just 1 km away – perfect for walking, swimming or cycling. We live on the ground floor and are happy to provide tips for excursions, hikes, restaurants or bike tours. We rent exclusively to private travelers. Every request is reviewed individually – because we want our guests to feel completely at ease. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire 100 sqm apartment with a private entrance – including living room, bedroom, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and utility room. You are welcome to enjoy the large shared garden with seating, dining area and sun umbrellas – perfect for relaxing outdoors. For bicycles and e-bikes, we offer a lockable garden shed with power outlet – ideal for secure storage and charging. Free parking is available right in front of the house with plenty of space. Other things to note The apartment is not suitable for infants or small children. There are no socket covers, no childproof furniture (e.g. sharp corners), and several steps lead to the entrance. We do not provide a baby bed, travel crib, high chair, toys, or any child-specific equipment. Please keep this in mind when booking – thank you for your understanding. Pets are not allowed – the apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers. Please only book if you agree not to bring animals of any kind.
