Enjoy your stay in our fully equipped studio. In a residential cul-de-sac. Surface area: 22 m². No wifi. The property has a sofa and a double bed. I provide a washing machine in the accommodation. I would like to point out that it only has a classic washing program. Shopping center and its shopping arcade 50 meters away. 25 km from Paris. And 15-20 min from the train stations by transport: Osny, Cergy Prefecture and Pontoise. 10-minute walk from Pontoise Hospital. Guest access Parking is free in the cul-de-sac. Other things to note The washing machine button is broken, we replaced it with another one in the meantime, but this does not interfere with its use. The front is under construction as you can see in the photos.
