The space is adjacent to the stocked kitchen where everything is supplied but the food. The ranch has a back porch, front porch for sunsets, and a fenced back yard. This is a relaxing place to visit. We are 5 miles from Dolan Springs, AZ which has a Family Dollar, Dollar General and a restaurant The Canyon Cafe 7am-7pm; a deli with pizza, sandwiches, daily dinner specials located inside Dolan Station closes 7pm; finally a hot dog stand Hot Diggity Dog also serves breakfast. Dolan Springs also has a post office, hardware store, auto tire shop, and a souvenir shop. We welcome you to come and relax, watch the sun set or rise, star gazing at night, take a dip in the pool, cookout on the BBQ, build a fire, and/or play vintage arcade game in the John Wayne Room! Stay for a night or a week or more. Either way we guarantee a good nights sleep, fresh coffee in the morning and plenty of things to see and do should you decide to make us your holiday (vacation) destination. The kitchen, dining area, living room are available as well to relax after a long day of travel. Guest access All common spaces: kitchen, dining room, living room, John Wayne Room, front porch and entry, laundry room, outdoor dining areas, pool, and the room that they reserved. During your stay Host lives on site and her name is Kim. She will greet guests, provide a brief tour of home, answer any questions, and although she doesn't live in the main house, she is on site and available 24 hours a day for your convenience and to ensure your stay is everything it needs to be. Other things to note Our gate is always open, but please close after entering. For long term guests, there are basics provided but when that supply is gone you will need to get your own soap, toiletries, and paper products. The cleaning fee is for when you leave and therefore, you are expected to keep your area clean and if you use the other areas of the house, you are responsible for cleaning it up.
