This place is a perfect place if you want to explore all of Los Angeles!! Just 4 miles away from Hollywood Walk of Fame & 3 miles away from Downtown Los Angeles! One bus will take you to the beach in about 45 minutes. It's in a secure building. You will have two bedrooms + 1 comes with private RESTROOM! Spacious, lots of closet space. We are very flexible & available for all your needs. Our ENTIRE home + parking is one click away — We hope you enjoy your stay =) The space Wood laminate flooring. This space feels really fresh inside. You'll have your own restroom, which adds great privacy. Queen size bed. Very clean non smoking home. Great lighting in bedroom when you open blinds. We will stay out of your way unless you need our tips throughout your stay. This place is perfect for one person, a couple and we’ve had many guests stay with their children! Guest access You will have access to a full equipped kitchen, refrigerator, a living room, and anything out in the open. The only place off limits is our bedroom, since we will occasionally sleep in it :) You're PRIVATE restroom is for you and you only! We have a shared bath in the common areas! Please no sleeping in the common areas like the living room. Other things to note Important things to note!! We are currently updating the apartment and we are working on getting the bedrooms with locks on them. We should have them for your stay. You will again have the entire apartment to yourself! Parking is also really bad during the night since we are located in the middle of the city. We have ONE reserved parking spot for you but if you need another please try to park earlier in the day. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE OUR HOME. Also, please refrain from eating inside the bedrooms. We want to avoid any bugs if we can!
