Vendée - Pleasant house with private pool

Beautiful 120 m² house, pleasant to spend a beautiful vacation in Vendée. You will enjoy our private sloping pool, ideal for families, heated in summer and our fully enclosed 700 m² outdoor garden. The House is located in a quiet area, close to the village, and very well placed to radiate throughout the Vendée. 40 min from the seaside resorts of Les Sables d'Olonne and Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, 45 min from Puy du Fou and Nantes and about 1 hour from Noirmoutier. The space House of 115 m² composed of a large bright room of about 55 m² with living room, dining area and equipped kitchen (microwave - oven - dishwasher), 3 bedrooms (2 with double bed and one with single bed), a bathroom with shower, bathtub, towel dryer and double sinks, a toilet, a cellar with washing machine, dryer and freezer and a large garage. Outside, you will find a large terrace overlooking the private pool, heated in summer, with a sloping bottom (0.90 to 1.60) ideal for families. At your disposal: garden furniture, deckchairs, pool buoys, parasols, etc. You will also find a grassy area of about 400 m². We leave at your disposal a barbecue, bicycles in the state but functional, as well as games for children (board games, soccer goals, etc.). Guest access Our accommodation is in a quiet residential area. 2 free parking spaces are available in front of the house. On foot, you can enjoy a park 5 minutes away with games, ponds, paid fishing and walks. The village is a 10-minute walk away, with a supermarket, 2 bakeries, a delicatessen, a bar-tobacconist, the post office and 2 banks. A little further away and accessible by bike, you will find a skate park, cross-country court, outdoor basketball court, rollerblading circuit and pharmacy. By car, 9 minutes away, you can access a large shopping mall (Les Flaneries) with a very large number of stores, as well as a large supermarket. The city center of La Roche-sur-Yon is 13 minutes away.
