The space The property is a spacious free-standing holiday home situated on the waterway. Perfect for guests seeking tranquil surroundings and privacy. Three of the four bedrooms are en-suite with queen sized beds; the fourth bedroom has two single beds and is better suited to children or young adults. The house is fully furnished in all respects, containing all amenities and appliances. There is a small front garden and a large patio with stunning water and mountain views. Guest access Large remote controlled double-garage which leads directly into the main house. I usually park my vehicle on one side. There is space for one other vehicle inside the garage. Safe on-street parking available as well. Ideally own transport is recommended for enjoying the best of the surrounding areas. Uber is however also available. The neighbourhood offers great walking and scenic views in the Zandvlei Nature Reserve which is within walking distance. Other things to note The patio at the rear of the house has steps leading directly onto the water and young children will need adult supervision from a safety perspective.
