Our quiet home offers option to book 1 or 2 bedrooms (2nd bedroom listed as "A Quiet Kokomo Home 2"). Full shared bath. Common areas shared with owners. Coffee, tea, and bottled water provided. Full kitchen for your use. Has separate fridge for guests. Close to town with everything you need for an overnight business trip or extended stay. 1 guest @$45. Additional guest $10. Enjoy all the City of Firsts has to offer. We look forward to your stay. Single story home in quiet culdesac neighborhood. Open, bright and spacious. Guests will access using a numeric code to the front door. Parking is available in private drive, furthest from the front door and along the road. Living room, sun room, kitchen and large deck are all available common spaces shared by guest and hosts. We hope to greet every guest personally. Sometimes however life gets in the way. We are always available to answer questions via text, Airbnb app. or email during most hours. We can return calls when urgent, as we both still work full time. Nice neighborhood on South side of Kokomo. Close to town, Delphi, Aptive, IUK, both hospitals and a quick commute to the Indy/Carmel/Noblesville or the Grissom Aeroplex area. Traveling by car is optimal with several streets accommodating bike paths. Dog friendly park within walking distance.
