35 m² studio at a local's home

For rent, very nice furnished studio of 35 m2, overlooking the owner's garden. The train station is a 5-minute walk from the house and Gare du Nord in Paris is 30 minutes by TER or 45 on the H line. Stop at St Denis + 4 tram or bus stops to the Stade de France (or 25 min walk). Beauvais Airport is 30 minutes by car. Also possible by bus (2) in 1.30. Shuttles also to Charles de Gaulle airport from Persan Beaumont station. 20 to 30 minutes by car. The space A large 25 m² long room with the bedroom on one side and the kitchen on the other. Very well equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, 4 hotplates (induction), coffee maker, toaster, kettle... A hallway with 2 large closets and a beautiful bathroom. You have access to a washing machine (owner's) and the studio includes ironing board and iron. Guest access You have access to the laundry room for the washing machine. During your stay I am at home some days of the week teleworking and can also be reached by phone if needed.
