This is the most western part of Escondido and is closer to La Costa, Ca. Ponto State Beach in Carlsbad is 20 minutes away. Stone Brewery is 15 minutes away. Elfin Forest Recreational Preserve is 2 minutes away. Grocery store, restaurant and wine bar are only 5 minutes away. Unit is not near any public transportation so a car is necessary. The space Apartment is quiet, bright and accessible by a private entrance. The apartment is located on 4 acres that are adjacent to a nature path and up the road from miles of some of the best coastal hiking and mountain biking in San Diego. We are at the very western edge of Escondido and are only 15 minutes from Carlsbad and Encinitas. Private access to trails not presently closed. Guest access You have private access to your own kitchen, bathroom and bedroom as well as a parking space next to the unit. Other things to note Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. I have provided a Sprint hotspot AND a Verizon hotspot and hookup to ethernet so there are no issues related to working online or by phone.
