The space At 'La Maison', we offer the amenities you need to elevate your staycation. From the cool breeze of the Taal Lake to the quintessential offerings of Tagaytay's finest restaurants. The fun starts at our modern living space: 1. Chillax in a Queen-sized bed and a Pull-out bed that will comfortably sleep 4 people. 2. Give yourself plenty of light and hangout in the BALCONY with our cozy locally-made Rattan sectional. 3. Enjoy our complimentary WIFI or Bond with our fave indoor GAMES like Taboo, Guesstures (a must), Tabletop Cornhole Game, Uno and more! You can also watch local channels thru a Digital Receiver TVBox. 4. Of course, we will not forget about FOOD, check out our sleek adjustable dining table and feel free to use the dinnerware sets (plates, wine glass, mugs and silverwares). In addition, our place is equipped with a fridge, microwave and an electric kettle. Any form of Cooking/Grilling is strictly not allowed! Can't get enough?! Take a dip in our kid and adult's swimming pools (advance reservation required) or play at the children's playground and walk trails. LOCATION: Serin West Tagaytay, Brgy. Silang Crossing East, Tagaytay City (via Tagaytay - Nasugbu Highway). We are in front of Ayala Malls Serin! ADDITIONAL COMMUNICATION: Our caretaker will text you a confirmation and Welcome message 2-3 days before check-in and she will also meet you upon your arrival at the Ayala Serin West Tagaytay Lobby. She will be endorsing the keys and accompany guests to the unit CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: The standard check-in time is at 2:00 PM and check-out time is at 12:00 PM, with a maximum grace-period of 15 mins only. For late check ins after 5pm, there will be a fee of 100 pesos. Please notify our caretaker of your estimated time of arrival. All guests are required to present a valid ID. COVID ADVISORY: Please check your local communities for recent updates on protocols. PARKING: You may park your vehicle at Serin Ayala Mall just across the condo. Daytime parking is free, while overnight parking has a fee of Php 350.
