We purposely decorated this house with a light and airy beach theme that is pleasing for all ages and genders. You will be glad you selected The Serenity Place for your lodging needs. The home is well suited for family events - holiday celebrations, as well as, intimate weekend dinners. If you request approval for an event of any kind an additional fee may be required. We can also assist you with your arrangements and shopping , additional fees may be required based upon your request. Guest access If you or any of your guests exhibit a fever, difficulty breathing, or have come in contact with anyone with COVID-19 within the last two weeks please inform us immediately. The host will provide the guest(s) access to the property and touch base within 24 hours of the confirmed reservation with check-in instructions and the keyless access code.
