Basic amenities are provided such as linens, bath towels and toilet paper and a bath essential starter pack. In case there are items that are not on the list or seems not enough for your stay and consumption, we highly recommend you to bring the items with you. Guest access You have the entire apartment to yourself but facilities is shared to residents and other guests. PROPERTY FACILITIES: Gym- Located at Ground Level, opens from 5AM - 9:30PM Outdoor Swimming pool - Located at Ground Level, opens from 7AM - 9:30PM BBQ FACILITIES - 7AM - 9:30PM - GROUND LEVEL CAR PARK ACCESS: To Access the carpark, the Driveway is on the northern side of the Building, to enter the Car park you need a remote. If you have booked parking prior to your arrival, the remote will be attached to the keys The Keys have a Tag which indicates if you are in CP1 or CP2, if CP1 press button 1 and the gates will open, CP2 press button 2 and enter. The Specific car space is on the Tag please only park in this car space. Other things to note No Party Policy Please note that we have a strict no party policy to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Security Deposit Please be aware that if there is any damage to the home, you may be charged up to $200. Additional Bedding Additional bedding is subject to availability and incurs an extra fee per night. Amenities If you run out of any amenities, you can request more from the Reception Team.
