This contemporary spacious, self contained ground floor guest suite with private entrance is everything you’ll need from a relaxing stay, 10 mins from Hobart city, 13mins from Airport and 5 km from Blundstone Arena. Situated on the East side of the Derwent River with stunning elevated panoramic views across the Lindisfarne Yacht club to the Tasman Bridge and Mount Wellington in the distance. The space Set over 50sq metres of ground floor space. Ideal accommodation for up to 6 adults sharing 4 beds, or a family, this is a flexible space to meet most peoples needs. You will enter through your own private entrance to a generous lounge area equipped with comfortable sofa, dining table, large ottoman, beanbag and super sized floor cushions for extra seating. There is fully fitted kitchen with induction hob, oven, rice cooker, kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave and various cooking utensils. Tea and Coffee will be provided to be enjoyed either in the dining area inside, or outside on the patio table. The suite also has dedicated air conditioning and heating. For those evenings in, access to Apple TV is provided giving you free Netflix movies and free FoxTel Now, all served by free super fast NBN WIFI and viewed on a large Smart TV. For a comfortable night there is sleeping for two, sharing a Queen-sized bedroom with fresh luxury King-sized bedding, fitted wardrobes and modern ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Towels, hairdryer and shower gel, shampoo, conditioner & soap will be provided. There is also exclusive use of a washer/dryer. Additional sleeping can be made available by using the living area sofa which can be converted to a very comfortable full sized double bed, suitable for 2 adults, with bedding provided. A small room is also available off the main bedroom which has a bunk bed ideal for adults or children. Please see the floor-plan in the pictures section for more detail. For infants, a baby cot can be set up (with bedding) on request with a fee of $50 If you do arrival late and would like a cheese platter made up with local cheese and wine on your arrival this can be requested. Cheese platter is $60. For an extra $40 you can request a local wine from Puddle Duck Vineyard or a Moo Brew Beer. Guest access Private and self contained, you will enjoy your own sleeping, living areas and private bathroom all accessed with your own key and separated from the main house above. Open plan dining inside or exclusive use of the outside patio area which is great spot for breakfast or in the evening with a glass of wine. Free off street parking is available. Other things to note We offer discounts for guests booking more than two night with greater discounts the more days booked. There is tea and coffee facilities as well as complimentary breakfast materials - cereals, milk and bread.
