Our cottage is a 2br Upper waterfront unit ,set up for fishing & Short Term workers. Not suitable for swimming ,free launch 3 mins up the road. 7-10 mins to LSC from our 130 feet of dock & electricity ,5 mins to Lighthouse Cove by car , popular Musky and Bass fishing . 5 mins to 401 , Groceries, LCBO ,C Tire . 40 mins to Pelee Island Ferry or 40 mins to Point Pelee National Park , wine country .ABSOLUTELY No smoking, Vaping inside but OK outside The space Close to Lake St Clair and Lighthouse Cove , guest enjoy Musky & pickerel (Walleye), perch and Bass fishing in Lake St Clair . Some just fish off our dock for catfish etc.Government Dock launch (Free) ,3 miles up the road. We have 130 ft of dock , with electricity for charging batteries ,lots of room for boat docking ,and truck & trailer parking on 1 1/3 acre property, its ourselves in our home on same property, there are no other tenants Guest access Lots of green space on a 1 1/3 acre lot and 130 ft of dock , must be able to climb stairs as it is an upper unit , private drive ! Lots of room for truck and trailer s Other things to note Please drive slowly when entering and leaving the driveway , for safety reasons as part of drive way is shared and we do not want to loose the privilege ! Also with a boat , go extremely SLOW as you go by properties AND through the Marina . We do not have an actual stove , but a 2 burner induction cooktop and a portable oven ..Also electric fry pan , microwave, coffee maker s ,rice cooker / vegetable steamer , kettle , BQ ,pots pan , towels , spices , oils coffee , sugar , salt , pepper etc . Also , please ask if interested in an Griddle or Air Fryer. THANKs
