The garden boasts a heated swimming pool (open between 1st June June - 30th September), premium 7 seat hot tub, Webber barbecue and an outdoor dining area on the decking with patio heating. It's a real sun trap too! Based in the lovely village of Wateringbury there are many great walking routes within minutes of the house. A local town to the house West Malling is bursting with character, there are some exceptional pubs and restaurants which are a step above most others in in Kent. Other things to note A maximum of six guests per stay, one small size dog is ok and no parties to take place in the property.
