Lavender Cottage is a cosy , fully self contained cottage, totally private and separate from the main house, in a beautiful garden setting perfect for sitting and relaxing. The cottage has a full kitchen, stocked with pantry staples and everything you'll need to prepare a lovely meal if desired. A comfortable lounge/living room and bathroom with separate toilet are also downstairs. Up stairs is a generous bedroom with queen bed, ample storage, and a trundle bed for a little one. The space The cottage is in a beautiful quiet tree-lined court in old Ocean Grove, a town that generously caters for a range of activities and interests. Renowned beautiful surf beaches and river are easily accessed, as are coastal walks, bike paths, and parks. There are restaurants, cafes and wineries all around and several shopping centres are nearby. It's a short drive to the Queenscliff and Portarlington ferries for those cooler days perhaps. Parking space is provided off street in the driveway. Bus stop for service to Geelong station and Queenscliff is only a short walk away. At the end of the day, enjoy a Netflix movie after the day's adventures. Safety gates are available for the stairs to help you relax if you have a young child. Guest access Guests have a common area suitable for work using WiFi. They also have access to the verandah and outdoor setting in the garden, and are welcome to use the herb garden. Parking is off street in the driveway of the main house at front.
