We offer a very comfortable queen size bed with high quality bedding and pillows, free smart TV with Netflix account, Wi-Fi and air conditioning and more. The kitchen is packed with appliances for you to prepare small meals and other amenities to make it a perfect stay The space ⚠️⚠️ Attention ⚠️⚠️ We inform you that the reception is undergoing a work for 50 days. During this period, the new reception is located on the CC (Convention Center) floor, which can be accessed by the stairway to the left of the entrance or by the elevator (CC button). We're here to help with whatever it takes! ----- We offer a welcome kit with water, soap, shampoo / conditioner and toilet paper. Guest access Our guests can access all common areas of the building, such as swimming pool, gym and sauna. Other things to note All our guests will receive a clean apartment, welcome water, bed linen and towels sufficient for the number of people selected at the time of booking. But note: WE DO NOT EXCHANGE TOwels and BEDDING DURING YOUR STAY. Some apartments have a washer and dryer, while others offer laundry service in the condominium (self-service or not).
