Relax and unwind at this spacious one-of-a-kind getaway. Fig Tree BnB is located on a 16 acre private property with abundant wildlife and colourful native birds. Take in the valley views from the spacious decks and elevated accomodation. 20min from historic Grafton located on the Clarence River. Located 45 min from pristine beaches. Short drive to Nymboida River & National Park and 3 klms from small village with Pub, Shop & Golf Course. The space Guests are greeted by landscaped gardens of beautiful roses, frangipanis, native bird attracting grevillias and bottle brush and beautiful large shade trees. The house is set well back from the road. There is a dam in the lower paddock and guests are welcome to take a gentle walk down and sit and watch the local birds and wildlife enjoy the cool water. The fully self-contained and private accomodation has its own entry and is located above the main house. There is ramp access to a large front deck with a table tennis table, lounge and dining table. This leads down via stairs into the open plan accomodation with a queen bed, double sofa bed lounge (please let us know if you would like this made up before your visit), kitchenette, bathroom, reverse cycle airconditioning/heating and private rear deck area with BBQ & lounge to enjoy the valley and mountain views. Linen, cutlery, crockery, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, cooktop, fridge and TV all provided. Complimentary tea/coffee/breakfast cereal and condiments provided. Guest access Undercover parking is provided and guests have access to the upstairs apartment and property grounds including the dam. Other things to note Due to safety concerns (elevated balconies & dam) we are unable to host children. Please let us know before your visit if you would like the sofa bed made up. Corporate or business clients most welcome. Unfortunately there is no wheelchair access due to internal stairs. Pets subject to approval as we have resident farm animals on site (1 cat 🐈‍⬛ and 3 Dachshund dogs 🐶🐶🐶) Please note that our dogs may bark on occasion due to curiosity!
