Including Pyhrn-Priel AktivCard (01.05–02.11.2025) Our cozy accommodation at 520 m above sea level is located in beautiful Steyrling, on the edge of the Pyhrn-Priel holiday region. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, it’s the perfect starting point for year-round activities. Winter: Only 15 minutes to the Hinterstoder ski area. Summer: Hiking in the surrounding mountains, biking along the Steyrtal cycle path, swimming at Lake Klaus, river walks, and much more. The space INCLUDED: Pyhrn-Priel Card from 01.05. to 02.11.2025 The living area includes: A fully equipped kitchenette (fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, toaster), corner bench, pull-out sofa and a wood-burning stove. The bedroom is furnished with a pull-out double bed (200x160 cm), a wardrobe, and an infrared heater. The loft bed is accessible via a ladder and is open to the living area. It features a double bed (200x180 cm) and a small cabinet. A reading nook with a cozy rocking chair invites you to relax. The small bathroom is functional yet modern, equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and towel radiator. Families and children are very welcome. However, the accommodation is not suitable for small children (ladder to loft bed, no stair gate at the top, wood stove without safety guard, no childproof socket covers). No snow removal in winter. In case of snowfall during your stay, you will need to clear it yourself. Guest access Enjoy full privacy during your stay – the entire house, garden, terrace, and parking area are exclusively yours. Other things to note Families with children are very welcome. Please note: the house may not be suitable for toddlers (steep ladder to loft, no stair gate, wood stove without guard, no childproof sockets). The sleeping loft is open to the living area. Quiet location with lots of nearby activities. No snow removal in winter – guests are responsible for clearing snow if needed.
