It is in a secluded location on a rock and only 15 minutes from the sea. The garden and the large terrace with their panoramic views invite you to observe lots of game and moose in the morning and evening hours. The house is operated sustainably and ecologically. There is a private well with drinking water quality for water supply. The electricity is generated 100% from green electricity. Building materials mainly come from the immediate surroundings. You'll love this great location and view and can start your day with a coffee on the large terrace like no other. The house offers you everything you need and has a comfortable double bed, a smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove & oven, dishwasher, freezer and everything you need for cooking. The new bathroom has a shower, a Cinderella combustion toilet and a washing machine, which can be used free of charge. Of course, we provide fresh towels and bed linen. The location of the house is also ideal: You can reach the sea and all the larger surrounding towns in 15 minutes by car. It's only 60 minutes to Norway on the freeway. In the garden there are fruit bushes and fruit trees, as well as wild blueberries that can be harvested and lots of mushrooms in autumn. Do you want to combine work and leisure? Enjoy an equipped workstation with a 24" monitor and keyboard in the second bedroom with a phenomenal view of the garden. There are numerous games for children, both indoors and outdoors. A baby bed and a high chair are available in the house and can be used free of charge. Free parking spaces for 4 vehicles are also available directly at the house. Guest access The entire accommodation and the 2500 m² garden can be used. Other things to note The BBQ grill must be cleaned by the guests after use - Appropriate equipment is available. If the grill is not cleaned, we charge an additional cleaning fee of €25. The house is supplied with water from a well. The quality is very good and is regularly tested. Since we have a very nature-loving attitude, we ask you to use the water sparingly.
