Charming Private Library-BedRoom

Quite, charming and clean private room with a brand new queen size mattress, and bed. Plenty of day light all day long. Uptown Northern upper Manhattan is one of NYC greatest secrets, for bird watching and hiking trails, and a lovely stroll around the Hudson and Harlem River. 1 Train (local subway) and A Train (express subway) is only a few minute walk from the apartment. A Train (express subway) is twenty minute ride to 59th Street & Columbus Circle and twenty five minutes to Time Square. The space A home away from home. The furnished library bedroom has a new queen size mattress (real bed mattress), and a four -drawer dresser. And open space to hang clothes. A writing rustic old table with one sitting chair, a lounge chair, beside the window. If needed there’s a large empty closet (in the hallway by the room). The room does not have a TV or radio. There is accessible internet, and air conditioning in the charming room. I'm extremely clean and like bathroom, kitchen and room immaculate clean and perfectly in order. I highly ask you greatly, too respect the same order. Cleaning, and dusting, and vacuuming and floor mopping is done twice a week. Bathroom is sterilize with bleach and clean daily. I’m an excellent chef; one of many of my greatest passions, which I enjoy cooking quite often. However meals are not included per day rate but I'm open for collaboration, to learn new recipes. I welcome any contribution for groceries if you like the challenge to cook together. Renovations is in full effect, here and there; small little touches, along the way. We are still removing old furnishings from time to time. The apartment is still in work process. But perfectly clean and in order, for boarding. Guest access Guests have full access to library - bedroom, bathroom, and foyer, (sitting area for meals) or to simply, hang out and have a chat. Kitchen, is open for you to prepare meals or sit by the window to wonder, while having coffee or tea. However groceries are not included. Unless I offer, a meal. Occasionally I do not mind guests in my room, which is the large living room, which is my bedroom temporarily while I get the apartment renovations- work- in process completed. If doors are open to living room, it's means it's accessible for you to enter while I'm home and we can have a chat, if you wish to, and simply hang out while I'm home. During your stay I'm very active socially and often will be out with friends nevertheless I do enjoy cooking frequently when home, and offer guests, to feel at home, and use the kitchen as often as needed. I'm open minded and welcome cooking collaboration in the kitchen but you'll have to contribute on purchasing groceries if you want to eat. However I have no problem with sharing a bottle of wine, and if I'm cooking, I always offer the serving dish while you are home. There's always plenty to share. I'm friendly and kind and am fascinated with all cultures of life. I honestly feel we are all here to share knowledge among one another "In the world of the living." WeAreOne Other things to note John, (my dearest friend), adored brother; an older fella, who I live with in our two bedroom apartment and Ice Cream (our dog) The living area is out of limits being it's temporarily my bedroom, while I continue organizing and getting rid of old furnishings and other junk that are no longer of use, while renovating the apartment. Nevertheless the apartment, is marvelously clean and perfectly in order.
