Casa Mignon- One king bed room, one queen bed room

Quaint, cozy house centrally located friendly neighborhood. Near all amenities including grocery stores, parks, river walk, and 3.5 miles from the plaza. The space My sweet little house is at your disposal, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need, gas range, a plethora of pots and pans, nice large fridge, microwave, coffee maker etc. etc. The house has two bedrooms, one with a comfy king bed and the other with two twin beds. Update: the twin beds are gone. I feel it is an upgrade! The twins have been replaced with a queen bed. It is a firm mattress and the king is a softer mattress. Hopefully everyone can choose the room they want! ( I will get new pictures as soon as possible!) Plenty of closet space and lots of room to relax. There are two large flat screen T.V.'s with cable and HBO, one in the cozy den and the other in the living room. Also my guests have use of the gas grill on the large flagstone patio where you can enjoy alfresco dinning on beautiful summer nights. In the winter, there are two fireplaces stocked with Pinion and Juniper wood to warm you up after a long day on the slopes at Santa Fe Ski Basin. The house has a very adequate evaporative cooler for use during the summer months and a washer and dryer so you can clean your hiking clothes after your long days in the forest or prowling the galleries down town. Guest access Cable channels, HBO, WiFi, wide variety of DVD movies, Washer Dryer, full kitchen, front and back yards and gas grill Other things to note I added air conditioning to the amenities, because there is no choice for evaporative cooler. Please note that I have an evaporative cooler, and not an air conditioner. It has been very efficient in Santa Fe when you open the windows a crack in the bedrooms, this helps draw the cool air into the bedrooms at night. It also cools the air with water, so it doesn’t give you the drying effect of an air conditioner. I will say that on a really hot day ( it has been getting hotter in summer), it has trouble keeping it super cool, but it always works well after the sun is lower and at night, and in the mornings!
