Also a toilet, and a large dining room with a large window overlooking the lake. All rooms are heated by the hot air system (two 35,000 calorie units; one on each floor). Pets are not allowed. The entrance to the property is illuminated at night and during the day. It is equipped with an alarm, cameras and fiber optic internet (300Mg). It has a garden in front and in its fenced background, a cozy park that has fruit and ornamental trees as well as a comfortable grill with table and garden chairs, for your enjoyment.
