Saint Marc sur Mer - Charming house with wooded garden and SPA in a quiet area. Close to beaches, shops, and many walks along the coastal path The space We welcome my daughters and I to our family home located 10 min walk from the Plage de la Courance through wooded paths, and 20 min walk from the famous beach of Mr Hulot (5min drive). It consists of: On the ground floor - a kitchen equipped and furnished (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction cooktop). You will find everything you need to make some nice dishes (Utensils and cutlery provided). - A sitting area overlooking the garden with TV - DVD player -Wii . WIFI is available (fibre). - The dining area with a dining table for 6 people - bedroom 1 with 1 king-size double bed and a dressing room - WC - and one bathroom with shower Upstairs - Bedroom 2 with a double bed and storage - Bedroom 3 with a double-bed and storage bathroom with double sink, bathtub and toilet I specify that bath towels and sheets are provided Note the existence of a 3rd bedroom upstairs that will be locked. Our garden is wooded and fenced. We have a sunny terrace for a good part of the day. You can lounge in the SPA, as well as in our chairs or Chilean deckchairs or relax over a drink in the garden furniture. An outdoor table with 6 chairs is also available as well as a barbecue and table tennis table. We acquired jacuzzi. There is a specific regulation for its use. We have two four-legged companions who will be present in the house. Our little cats are called PASHA and LITCHI. They are cuddly and autonomous (cat). You'll just have to give them food and drinks. A deposit will be requested upon arrival (1000 euros especially for the jacuzzi) Guest access The whole house except a 4th bedroom which will be locked and the cabin in the garden.
