The area invites you to enjoy beautiful walks in the forest or along the beach to Lynæs or Hundested, where you will find good restaurants and cultural life. Spacious with plenty of space in both the living room and kitchen. On the large terrace, you can enjoy a barbecue and outdoor fireplace with a view. Canoe (2.5 people can be rented) The space The house is optimally furnished for 2 families or 2 generations/friend couples who want to have a holiday together. I.e. 2 independent bedrooms for parents/grandparents. And several living rooms so there is also room for everyone while you are in the house. ! In the winter months, you will always arrive at a house that is already comfortably heated (20 degrees) and of course completely cleaned Among other things, there is a spacious and bright living room, with views of the water. The kitchen room has a large cozy dining area also overlooking the sea. There are two rooms with double beds and a larger youth room/living room with two single beds, a sofa bed and a loft with two mattresses - this room also has a pool/billiard table that can be converted into a play/creative/work table if you prefer. We have two modern bathrooms, both with bath and toilet. In the entrance hall, you will find storage space and space for outerwear as well as a washing machine. Around the house is a large east/south/west terrace so you can find your favorite place to relax. The terrace has 2 sun loungers, a small garden sofa, 2 recliners and dining area for 9 people, gas grill and nice fireplace (usually we have added firewood for free use) In the summer, a covered pavilion is set up. The garden is a sloping plot overlooking both the sea and the cottage area's park-like landscape. There are some large tall beech trees that can provide shade on the hottest days. The local beach is suitable for children to play/explore the water's edge. If you as an adult/older children want to go out and swim, it is recommended to go to a beach in the nearby area - there are many and different ones to choose from - feel free to ask us and we can recommend the best places depending on what you want for your vacation/bathing area. Guest access In front of the house is a driveway where 2 cars can be parked on the property. There are 3-phase CEE sockets of 13 AMP/400Volt. If an electric car is connected to the socket at the entrance, it is requested that it be throttled down to a maximum of 10 AMP charge. For electric cars, please be aware that electricity consumption will be charged (read the policy and rules for details), please inform the landlord about this upon arrival. The house is located on a small road in an area without through traffic. The road ends in a cul-de-sac. A few meters from the property is a small path that goes straight down to the water/sea and you can safely walk to the sea without having to pass busy roads. Other things to note for your own use, please bring sheets (2 pcs 180x200, 2 pcs 90x200, 2 pcs 80x200), duvet covers (140x220 or 140x200), towels and dish towels.
