It's a big flat of my parents, they rent out part of it. This is a separate block for 3 rooms with its own bath with a shower. Your room is small and light. It is 8 square meters, high 380 cm ceilings . There is no kitchen in the apartment now, but the room has its own electric kettle, small refrigerator and microwave or multicooker. There is bed 190x80 cm, table for work, chair. !!!The apartment is undergoing minor repairs, but without dirty work, your room is in normal condition. The space The apartment is located in the quietest, safest and most expensive area of Kyiv - 2 minutes to the presidential administration, 5-7 minutes to one of the largest shopping centre "Gulliver" and the central street Kreschatyk. An economy small place to stay in Kyiv. 5 minutes walk from the centre. 5-30 minutes walk to the main attractions. This is the safest district in Kyiv! Usually living here you do not need to use taxis and public transport. A small room (only about 8 m2) with 1 bed for those who need a cosy place to leave things, spend the night, take a shower and walk around the city. Guest access There is also a big window in the room with a green view. Other things to note You will have your own keys (to the apartment and to the room). Sometimes it is possible to view a black cat for good luck on a way to the room :)
