Guests can also relax in a peaceful environment away from the hustle & bustle of a busy city life. Deolali is about 3.5 to 4 hour drive from Mumbai / Thane and Pune. The train ride from Mumbai is about 3 hours. The property is in excellent condition and provides pollution free lovely ambience with hygienic comfortable stay. It is surrounded with a lot of greenery and fresh air. Guests get to enjoy full privacy with their own private group as the bungalow has high boundary walls. Passerby cannot see you even while you relax in the open garden. There is also walking track around the garden to enjoy the fresh morning and evening walks. During your stay enjoy the swimming pool, swing, sit-outs in the Gazebo, Garden, Patio in the backyard & Bonfire in evening. You have option to enjoy your breakfast and dinner outside in the Gazebo or in the Garden. Tables and chairs will be laid out in the garden. Make a request to the caretaker for the same. The first floor of the bungalow has a Deck and sofa sitting. This place is pleasant in the morning and evening. This floor also has Indoor games such as Table Tennis, Table Foosball, Carrom, Chess. Ask the caretaker for Chess badminton, skipping ropes and yoga mats. Please return all games material before you check out. All five bedrooms are airconditioned, they are very spacious and have king size beds. Two extra mattresses can be placed in each bedroom to accommodate additional people. All bedrooms have large attached bathrooms with western toilets. The bathrooms are equipped with hot shower and western toilet. Guests are provided with personal toiletries like hand wash soap, shampoo, shower gel, hand and bath towels. Every bedroom is uniquely furnished with high-end interiors and has big wardrobes with hangers, dressing table, a desk, large windows with mosquito nets. Enough comforters, blankets and floor mattress are available for extra guests. All bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and the living room have inverter backup lights and fans to last for 4-6 hours in case of a power outage. Pets: Guests are allowed to bring their pets, but need to make their own arrangement for their food and other needs. Ensure that the pets don’t litter around and don’t damage the property. We provide RO filtered water for all guests. RO filtered water storage container and disposable paper glasses are kept in kitchen area. Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner options: 1) We provide fresh meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) prepared by our own Chef priced Rs. 1500/- for vegetarian (Jain meals available) and non-vegetarian. IMPORTANT NOTE:- Meals will not be available from us between 20th Oct25 to 15th Nov25 because our Chef will be on leave during this period. 2) Go out to eat – many reasonably priced food joints as well as high-end restaurants are available in the market which is about a 1 km away. We recommend the following vegetarian restaurants: 1) Bombay Sugar Factory at Lam road for authentic JAIN FOOD. 2) Bharat Cold Drink House - famous for Chana Bhatura, Kulfi and Parsi Falooda. 3) Pushpavihar - famous for all South Indian dishes. 4) SAI Jagat (Nasik Road) - A multi cuisine pure veg restaurant serving Punjabi, South Indian, Maharashtrian dishes and snacks. Jain food, tandoori dishes, Chinese (veg.) and special Punjabi Thali is also available. 5) Chai Ketali - The best place to hang out with friends. Serves a huge variety of fast food, Tea, Coffee etc. Also delivers on Zomato. 6) Aamchi Maati Aamchi Maansa - famous for Misal and Maharashtrian food. 7) Purohit's Thali (Nasik Road). North Indian/Rajasthani thali. 8) Haldiram’s at Nashik road for breakfast, lunch and dinner. 9) For your sweet tooth cravings don't miss the 3 generations old Garibdas Mithaiwale located centrally in Deolali market (Mithai Street). Non-vegetarian food is available at : 1) Behrouz Biryani (Nashik Road) 2) Celpin 3) Shanghai 4) Samrat Bhagur County (Bhagur) 5) Maratha Curry Guest access 1) Caretaker is available at the site to assist the guests. 2) 4 open car parks are available. 3) Certain areas like entrance and boundary walls will be under CCTV surveillance during your stay for security purposes. Other things to note • Winters are very cold, so is the rainy season. Guests are advised to carry enough warm clothing. • This is a PRIVATE RESIDENTIAL AREA, therefore; strictly no loud music or big noise is permissible throughout your stay, 24x7. • All external lights including the garden lights will be put off at 10 pm sharp. Pool will be closed after sunset. Access to the garden and the 1st floor verandas will be closed at 10pm sharp. • Guests can very well spend late nights as long as they like, enjoy and relax but inside the bungalow within the closed doors and windows with the air conditioner switched on. However, do not expect the caretaker to be around you late night. • Smoking and spitting is STRICTLY PROHIBITED inside the bungalow premises but allowed in garden / open area. Please dispose off smoke butts in ash trays after snuffing them out. • Keep your place of stay neat and clean. Do not litter inside the house or outside in the garden. Use dustbins provided in all rooms and outdoor areas. • Enjoy your stay without creating any commotion, by obeying the guidelines given by us for your safe stay. • Guests are requested to be a little patient, polite and cooperative as this is not a commercial hotel but a home stay.
