Welcome families, couples, or students to stay. Spacious and quiet basement with separate entrance. Walkout door and big windows give you lots of sunlight. Free parking. Kids friendly. Board games, trampoline. Close to trail , grocery stores and restaurants. The space You will stay in the comfy and spacious walkout basement of our single house while my family live upstairs. You have an separate entrance from a beautiful back yard which is facing to a lake. You can use all two bedrooms and the entire space of the basement no matter how many people come with you. If you stay less than 4 days, you can enjoy 100% private time in the basement. If you stay for 4 days or more, laundry in basement will be shared with us. I will let you know my laundry schedule in advance. Guest access 15 minutes driving from airport. 7 minutes walk to bus stop. 10 minutes walk to community commercial centre. 15 to 20 minutes driving to several main commercial centres. One parking on driveway is available (free) The backyard has a gate to the lake and trail. Other things to note Big refrigerator, microwave, toast oven, induction oven, simple cookware, kitchenware, utensils are provided. You can cook simple meal in the suite. Kids can play with the trampoline in the backyard. All water supply is softened. No smoking and pet allowed. Bedroom 1 has one queen bed, bedroom 2 has one twins bed. An additional twins bed is available upon request. Please let me know you need it two days before checkin date.
