The space The property consists of a fully furnished living room, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, complete kitchenware, rice cooker, blender, electric kettle, among others). Guests have at their disposal: - 1 master bedroom with a 2-seater bed + full bedding. - 1 bedroom with bunk bed (a double bed + a 1 ½ bed) + full bed linen. - 1 bathroom with shower (with hot and cold water access). - 1 TV with cable service + 1 remote control. - 1 stereo + 1 remote control. - High-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for videoconferencing / home office). Guests also have access to 1 private outdoor parking (at no additional cost) and a large terrace with charcoal BBQ in the common area where they can enjoy the sun and the sea breeze. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment.
