I'm happy to offer you my newly renovated apartment (60m², private parking spot, large terrace). The apartment is located at the Zeppelinstreet in the quiet mansion district of Gummersbach. 3min to the city centre (where you can find shopping possibilities, restaurants, cinemas and bars) by foot, 2 min away from the nature and 5 min to the highway (Cologne aprox. 25 min "Köln fare visitor" by car). The space The well-designed and furnished apartment features a bright and open living kitchen, a spacious balcony terrace with views of the greenery and the center of the Oberberg region. The large windows in the living room let in plenty of light and provide access to the balcony terrace. The terrace has has enough space for grilling and sunbathing and perfect for ending the day with a cool drink. The use of wooden elements and individual lighting creates a pleasant and relaxed living atmosphere. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality amenities and has everything you need for cooking. A Nespresso machine and tea ensure a good start to the day. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a modern shower, washing machine, large mirror, and hygiene products. The bedroom features a bed (1.80 x 2.00m) with a high-quality mattress for a comfortable night's sleep. The large wardrobe provides ample storage space for clothing and luggage. Additional storage space and a Dyson vacuum cleaner are available in the hallway. WiFi access, a Bose sound system, and cable TV are provided. Public transportation (also to Cologne) can be reached within a 5-minute walk. For those who enjoy jogging or walking in nature, there is a forest access within a short distance from the apartment or the option to visit one of the numerous reservoirs in the area.
