The house is an easy 15 min walk to the Archorage Hotel or to Salmander Shopping Centre. Buses from Newcastle. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms. First with a queen bed, second with a double bed and third with single bed, all three rooms have wardrobes. The three bedrooms all have fans. The Bathroom has a bath and shower. Separate toilet. Down three stairs you enter the living and dining area with three large sliders giving you access to the new deck ( and view) which extends the length of the house. There is a large TV in the lounge, with paytv and a Bose sound bar and aircon. Easy relaxed living. Its all about the view and location. The sperate kitchen is fully equipped with large stainless steel dishwasher and oven and coffee machine. The Pantry is stocked with basics for when we are up at the house, yours to use on a replacement basis. Downstairs there is a rumpus room, perfect for teenagers. Downstairs also contains a bathroom with shower and toilet and laundry with washing machine and dryer. There is an additional small room downstairs which is locked for personal storage.
