This is a modern, bright, and cozy cabin on one level, with 3 (4 bedrooms), 8 beds, and everything you need for a pleasant stay in the mountains. Two of the bedrooms have fold-down desks - perfect for workation. The modern fireplace will provide both comfort and warmth after a long day in the fresh mountain air. Electricity (ex. EV charging) included in the rent. The cabin is new, from 2022. The space The cabin is located in beautiful surroundings at almost 1000 meters above sea level with a great view of the lake Rudstøltjernet. Nearby you will find Valdres Alpine Center and right outside the door is the cross-country ski trail. From the open living room and kitchen with extra high ceilings and large panoramic windows, enjoy your time indoors. Guest access 2.5 hours from Oslo by car. There are three parking spaces on the cabin property. ValdresEkspressen has several daily departures from Oslo to Aurdal. The bus stop is about 12 minutes away from the cabin by car. Other things to note Electricity is included in the rental price. There is firewood available and our guests are welcome to use it. However, we appreciate our guests filling up an extra bag or two if a lot of firewood is used during their stay. Flexible check-in and check-out times are available upon request, as long as other rentals do not overlap on the same day. The cabin is also equipped with an electric car charger that provides up to 11 kW per hour. This can be used by the guests for an additional fee of 150 kroner per night, 300 kroner per weekend, or 550 kroner per week. Charging via a 220V outdoor outlet is not permitted. Bed linen and towels can be rented for a fee of 220 kroner per person. (Needs to be ordered at least 72 hours before arrival) It is possible to rent equipment for cross-country skiing at Aurdal Fjellpark. It is best to contact them by e-mail or telephone in advance. Equipment for alpine skiing and snowboards can be rented at Valdres Alpinsenter. Smoking in the cabin is strictly prohibited.
