In the event you have a rental vehicle they will require a copy of your rental contract. ✢Each occupant of each property will be required to go through the Meridian mandatory orientation in order to have their access devices activated. Without the orientation the occupant will not have community devices activated and will not have entry to any of the amenities. ✢Pet restrictions NO PETS NOTE: We may only rent this property ONCE per 30 day period. Every lease will be assigned a 30+ day period where just 1 customer can rent the property during that timeframe.
