Wonderful Villa in Laureto 20 min. from the beaches of Capitolo and Torre Canne, recently renovated and equipped with every comfort. It consists of 2 independent housing units each equipped with an outdoor Jacuzzi. Ideal for groups of friends who want to spend a holiday together while maintaining their privacy. The space 1.ROSMARINO: delightful apartment on the shades of greenery, equipped with an open kitchen where there is a double sofa bed, a bathroom with comfortable shower and a spacious bedroom. 2.ZAFFERANO: located on the left side of the property, it is equipped with a living room kitchen openspace with double sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom and a double bedroom In each apartment there is a dishwasher, hot/cold air conditioners, smart TV, wi-fi connection and video intercom. Each unit has its own private patio with table, chairs and sofas, while the garden and outdoor spaces are shared. The 2 jacuzzis are equipped with bluetooth speakers to listen to your music and relax during the hot tub. Other things to note Access is by a driveway gate that allows you to park your car inside the property. You will have at your disposal the entire accommodation inside which you will find sheets, towels, shampoo, foam bathroom, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
