Privacy and generous living space both indoors and out. GEORGIAN BAY can be seen and heard from the property. Private solar-heated salt-water pool (mid-June to mid-September). Golf courses, skiing, vineyards, hiking, fishing, and more in the immediate area. This is a private summer home. Some personal items are left there. The house is a custom build from the 1970s. Please treat our home and our good neighbors with respect. Absolutely no parties permitted. Other things to note Separate all recycling (in bins in the garage). Leave the house as found. Read additional house rules in the binder at the house. The water temperature in the showers will fluctuate should someone flush the toilet while another is showering. For safety and insurance reasons, I have disconnected the gas fireplace in the tv-room. The entire house is heated by the furnace and electric baseboard rads. Tap-water is drinking water.
