Rental unit in Alpine

Tucked away in a beautiful little mountain town at the base of the majestic Wasatch Mountains--our home is conveniently located halfway between Salt Lake City and Provo. Perfect for anyone looking to be immersed in nature but still close to the city. The cozy daylight apartment in the basement of our home has a private entrance and is self-contained with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. We hope you'll feel at home in our lovely, bright and colorful apartment! The space Bedroom has a queen-size bed with a large window looking out on our backyard, which lets in lots of light while still feeling completely private. Full bathroom and in-apartment laundry facilities are provided. Great room has full kitchen, TV, dining and sitting areas with a futon that can sleep one person, and an air mattress that can be brought in for an additional two. We live on the main floor and do come downstairs to use the adjacent family room but of course would respect your space and be sure not to disturb. You are welcome to enjoy the walk-out basement into the gorgeous backyard with waterfall in summer. Apartment is occupied by our son and we share the space with guests when he is traveling. Other things to note Large-screen wall-mounted TV is equipped with Chromecast so that you can stream from your mobile devices. No cable channel subscriptions are included.
