The Kitchen is separated and is all equipped with all commodities to cook a meal, has Microwave, vitroceramic heater (Cook), fridge, sink, toaster, all cutlery and a kitchen small table. It's also finely decorated with tradition Blue dishes posed on the wall. The Bathroom is fairly spacious and has an all round shower cover. For Sleeping arrangements the studio has a Double-bed, easy to handle sofá-bed, that can be setup in a couple of minutes plus a folding individual bed for the lone guest.. The decorations are of classic Portuguese décor with some modern and sensual touch (Auntie's Draws), with a wooden built structed with fine old wood details. This is a second floor flat, you'll share the common stairs with other 2 apartments with similar use. A note about minor insonorization fault between building levels. This is the ideal space for a Couple or 1 guest, who favours an open studio format with a proper kitchen and comfy Bathroom. It's all electric (No Gas), well illuminated and lots of small storage spaces. You'll get keys for the street and studio door (Building has a Prosegur alarm system). Guest access The guests have a pair of 2 keys, 1 for the main street door and another to the apartment, plus the alarm control sensor. This is a touristic rentals dedicated buildinhg, you'll only share the common stairs with guests from two other apartments with similar use. It's all electric (No Gas), well illuminated and lots of small storage spaces, plius heaters or AC depending of the year season. All Basis are provided: Gel/Shapoo/Soap; Coffe/tea/sygar; Seasoning products to cook, toilet and kitchen paper. All linen and towles (2 per person) are provided and replaced for longer stays. Many extra bankets and pillows. A note about minor insonorization fault between building levels, you might listen other guests if noisy. The apartment is all wooden build, so low on noise separation between flats. For that reason kindly ask not to use shoes inside the apartment, thank you. --- PARKING in the street is difficult but close by there's a large public parking building, called Chão do Loureiro quite handy for road travellers. Also the area is free parking on the Weekends (From 7pm Friday to 8am Monday). ---- In premisses SMOKING: You can smoke carefully at the window and use the provided ashtray, please don´t smoke inside the apartment (Smell and other guest sensible to it) and to don´t cigarettes but-ends or ash through the window as clients of the below restaurant can be affected.
