The beautifully furnished kitchen/dining area is perfectly designed for memorable evenings spent with loved ones, equipped with all the essentials for a hassle-free getaway. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, built-in double oven and built-in microwave, ensuring convenience during your stay. Meanwhile, the elegant dining area comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, making it perfect for memorable group meals during your stay in this wonderful self-catering property. On the ground floor, you'll find the fourth bedroom, furnished with a super-king-sized bed and its own en-suite shower room. Completing the ground floor, the utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer, while the cloakroom hosts a wash basin and WC, providing added convenience. On the first floor, you'll find three additional bedrooms. The third bedroom presents a delightful king sized bed, complemented by its own en-suite bathroom. In the second bedroom, twin single beds await, which can easily convert into a super king-size bed upon request, providing flexibility. Bedroom one boasts a luxurious super king-size bed and features an en-suite shower room, for added convenience. A family bathroom completes the first floor, equipped with a bath, wash basin, and WC. Outdoors, guests have a large private drive and wraparound garden to enjoy, alongside several areas with outdoor furniture to sit and relax after a long day exploring the Cornish coast. Light the barbecue and enjoy some al-fresco dining on a beautiful summer evening. Additionally, the garage is equipped with table tennis for your enjoyment. There are plenty of wonderful activities to enjoy within walking distance of your location. For those who love surfing, Polzeath Beach is just a short walk away. Alternatively, Daymer Bay offers acres of golden sand and is perfect for families with children. For those who prefer water sports, Rock offers sailing and water skiing. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the famous St Enodoc golf course, located nearby. If you're looking for a change of scenery, a quick ferry ride across the Camel Estuary will take you to Padstow, a well-known fishing port. Here, you'll find many fantastic restaurants and boutique shops to explore. In Polzeath, two surf schools provide equipment hire, as well as several lively cafes, intimate restaurants, and a selection of shops. It's truly a beautiful location. The Point at Roserrow Golf and Country Club is fantastic for a round of golf or just some well-needed time for rest and relaxation in the health club offering a state-of-the-art gym, spinning room, indoor pool, sauna, steam room and tennis court.
