4 bedroom backpackers Style house - Tonypandy

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Whether you want to hike, mountain bike, shop in nearby Cardiff or relax by a lake you can do it all from our three story property. Right next to Tonypandy train station (3 minutes walk) there is easy access to all that South Wales has to offer. The space This is a hostel like accommodation with many upgrades as it will only be used by your group. On the ground floor there is a drying room/ hallway as you come through the front door. Then enter into the open plan lounge/ kitchen/ dining area. Through the kitchen there is a door to the bathroom which has a toilet, sink and bath. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms: 1 double - suitable for 2 adults max. The double bedroom has an en-suite with toilet, sink and shower. 1 bunk room with 2 bunk beds - suitable for up to 4 children or 2 adults and 2 children (upper bunks not suitable for adults due to size and weight). On the 2nd floor there is a further 2 bedrooms with mountain views. One containing a double bed and basic en-suite and the other containing a double bed and one single bed. So can sleep 2 adults and a child. All essentials such as cutlery, plates, glasses, mugs, bowls, utensils etc are included. Guest access It is best to park in the free car park opposite the bingo hall and ascend the 50ish steps which lead to the side of the property 99A. (See photo). There is a train station at the bottom of the steps (Tonypandy station) and also a bingo hall. Tonypandy town centre is a short walk (5-10 minutes) across the bridge next to the train station. There are numerous mountains within walking distance great for hiking/ mountain biking/ or picnics with gorgeous views! Other things to note The Welsh council are very particular about the bins and we will be fined for anything put in the wrong bins. Please separate rubbish according to the labelled bins. Thank you
