This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Beach condo welcomes you with a beautiful ocean view as soon you walk in! You can see the ocean from all of the windows. The condo is newly painted and decorated with a beach cottage motif to help you feel relaxed and peaceful. It is is a beautiful resort with 6 outdoor pools, indoor pools and 3 hot tubs. The resort has many amenities basketball, tennis, volleyball, putting green, exercise room and sauna, an onsite restaurant and one at Kiva Dunes Golf Club next door. The space This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is in a gated resort complex in Gulf Shores Plantation in Fort Morgan. The condo sleeps 7 comfortably. The master bedroom has a King bed The second bedroom has a Queen and a Twin It also has a pull out sofa bed in the living room. You have an ocean view from the kitchen, dining room, living room and both bedrooms. You can also sit on the outdoor balcony and enjoy the sounds and beauty of the ocean and beautiful resort. There are 3 flat screen TV's and 3 DVD players The flat screen TV in the living room is a smart TV. Cable WiFi There is a $25 a night extra person fee There is a commercial laundry room on the main floor, and on the 3rd floor Guest access The resort is full of amenities galore, with tennis, basketball, volleyball, shuffle board, a putting green, exercise room with a sauna and hot tub. 6 outdoor pools , kiddie pool and hot tubs. I also belong to an indoor pool that also has a hot tub. There are several grills and picnic tables for outdoor dining and If you don't want to cook you can walk on over to Sassy Bass for breakfast, lunch or dinner- or just enjoy a drink. You won't lack for anything to do... Or you can escape it all and just sit on the beach all day! Kiva Dunes Golf Club is next door with yet another restaurant. You won't ever want to leave! Other things to note You must be 25 to rent You will be required to buy a parking pass. There is a pay laundry facility on the main floor. In prime season please make sure there is a 3night opening between reservations as I have a 3 night minimum- contact me if you’d like to book and there isn’t 3 nights before or after you reservation. No smoking - of any kind you will be subject to a $250 fine, plus damages No Pets No animals at all due to family allergies - unfortunately that includes service animals as the still have allergic dander.
